Combustible gas detector is a fire-fighting electronic product used to detect whether the concentration of natural gas (main component methane) and liquefied petroleum gas (main component propane, butane) exceeds the standard. When the gas leaks, the gas concentration value reaches the alarm value of the gas detector (5% LEL). The Red Flash lamp of the gas detector continuously flickers and sends out 80 ~ 110dB voice alarm at the same time. Linkage (manipulator/solenoid valve/exhaust fan) to achieve the purpose of cutting off air source and ventilation.Until the ambient gas concentration is lower than the alarm setting value. Network detector (ZIGBEE function: 901Z;NB-IOT function:901N;WIFI function: 901W; Bluetooth function: 901L) on the basis of sound and light alarm of non-network detector, realize voice telephone, push alarm information remotely.The detector is plug-and-play without a converter, and the installation is extremely simple and convenient. The detector has the functions of mildew prevention, insect prevention and corrosion prevention. Flame retardant ABS plastic, easy to clean. It can effectively prevent and reduce explosion accidents caused by combustible gas (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas) leakage. 1.Multiple gas detection:The product adopts catalytic combustion sensor, which can detect various combustible gases, natural gas (main component methane), liquefied petroleum gas (main component propane, butane). When the combustible gas leaks, the gas concentration value reaches the detector threshold (5%LiE), the Red Flash lamp of the gas detector flickers continuously, and at the same time, it sends out a voice alarm of 80 ~ 110dB. Until the ambient gas concentration is lower than the alarm set value

2. Gas concentration value Display:The gas sensor can accurately measure the gas concentration, and intuitively display different operating states with numbers and three different color indicator lights, (the countdown state of preheating, the state of detector concentration value exceeding the standard, detector alarm status, detector fault status)
(1)The number clearly shows the gas concentration.
Concentration range: 0 ~ 20% LEL
Alarm value: 5% LEL
(2)Time in seconds (s): when the detector is in  pre-heating mode, the countdown time is accurately and intuitively displayed.
(3)Identification unit for concentrations exceeding the standard (Δ): when the detector is in detection mode, the identification will light up if the concentration value exceeds the detector range.
(4)Concentration display unit (% LEL): when the detector is in detection mode, the concentration values are visually displayed.
(5)Green: power indicator light. When the detector is in detection mode, the green indicator light is always on.
(6)Yellow: fault indicator light. When the detector is in fault mode, the yellow indicator flickers and sounds "Detector Faulty" every 5 seconds. The indicator stops flickering when optimal and no faults are detected.
(7)Red: alarm indicator light. When the detector is in alarm mode, the red indicator light flickers and sounds the "Gas Leakage" prompt. The indicator turns off out when the detector is in normal mode.


4. Real-person voice alert:The gas detector has a built-in intelligent speech chip. When the gas concentration reaches the alarm value of the detector, the Red Flash lamp of the gas detector flickers continuously and sends out a voice alarm of 80 ~ 110dB at the same time. Until the ambient gas concentration is lower than the alarm set value.

6.Linkage automatic cut-off valve
When the gas concentration value of the kitchen reaches the alarm value of the detector, the detector closes the automatic cut-off valve at the same time of the sound and light alarm, which has achieved the purpose of cutting off the gas source, and the double guarantee is safer.



7. Product installation
1) Gas lighter than air (For example, natural gas)
Lighter-than-air gases are usually installed less than 30cm below the ceiling and 1 ~ 1.5m from the air source.
2) Gas heavier than air (For example, Liquefied Gas)
Gas heavier than air is usually installed less than 30cm above the ground and 1 ~ 1.5m from the air source.

When the detector is in pre-heating mode, three indicator lights/strobe lights simultaneously flicker. 
1. Red strobe light: when the detector is in pre-heating/alarm mode, the red strobe light flickers. 
2. Time in seconds (s): when the detector is in  pre-heating mode, the countdown time is accurately and intuitively displayed. 
3. Identification unit for concentrations exceeding the standard (△): when the detector is in detection mode, the identification will light up if the concentration value exceeds the detector range. 
4. Concentration display unit (% LEL): when the detector is in detection mode, the concentration values are visually displayed. 
5. Green: power indicator light. When the detector is in detection mode, the green indicator light is always on. 
6. Yellow: fault indicator light. When the detector is in fault mode, the yellow indicator flickers and sounds "Detector Faulty" every 5 seconds. The indicator stops flickering when optimal and no faults are detected.

8. Function self-test button: 
*Press the self-diagnosis button when in detection mode, and the three indicator lights/strobe lights will simultaneously flicker, and sound the "Function Test Normal" prompt. Then it will return to normal mode after the prompt. 
*When the self-test button is pressed and energized, the green and red indicator lights will flicker, and the program clears the original zero value and reselects the value of the current environment as the zero value. 
*Press the self-diagnosis button when the detector sounds an alarm, th silence mode, and the alarm is turned off for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes or after the concentration value has been restored, re-alerting will renew the alarming sound. 
9. Network indicator light: the network detector can directly reflect the network state when it is in networking mode.
